Shipping Policy
1. Origins & Fulfillment
All orders are fulfilled from our partner warehouses in China and the US. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number once the order is shipped.

Please allow an extra 3–5 days during peak seasons such as holidays and major sales events.
3. Shipping Cost & Options
Shipping fees are calculated based on the product and destination. These fees are displayed during checkout. Shipping channels (standard or express) can be chosen before confirming your order.
4. 30-Day Shipping Guarantee
We offer the following delivery guarantees:
- 30 days for USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and EU countries
- 60 days for South America, Middle East, India, and Africa
If your order has not arrived after these periods (excluding force majeure and incorrect addresses), you are eligible for a full refund.
5. Tracking & Notifications
Once your package ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Orders are usually trackable within 24–48 hours after dispatch.
6. Lost, Damaged or Delayed Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@luxewoman.com. We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund if necessary.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or VAT. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. Delays due to customs are outside our control.
8. Refunds on Cancellations
Orders canceled before shipment will receive a full refund (minus any non-refundable registration fees for multi-package shipments, if applicable).
9. Exclusions & Service Area
We ship globally to most countries, except restricted areas including Haiti, Bangladesh, and some Pacific Islands. We do not ship to PO boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).
