Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We use Shopify Payments, accepting all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. A Luxewoman gift card is an invitation into timeless elegance, available in multiple denominations.
Can I modify or cancel an order after placing it?
To honor fast processing, we cannot guarantee changes once your order is confirmed. Contact us immediately if you need assistance — we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Will I be charged duties or taxes?
Depending on your shipping destination, customs duties or local taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the client. We provide clear invoices to ensure smooth customs processing.
Do you offer discounts or sales?
Our philosophy is timeless, not seasonal. Luxewoman does not participate in fast-fashion discounts. Occasionally, we may extend private offers to members of the Luxe Circle.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We deliver worldwide, bringing Luxewoman to women across the globe.
Which carriers do you use?
We partner with trusted global networks:
- USPS (U.S.) — 7–12 days
- Canada Post — 8–15 days
- Australia Post — 7–9 days
- UK Express — 6–10 days
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders arrive within 30 days, and never later than 40 days.
For the U.S., Europe, Canada, New Zealand: full refund if delivery exceeds 30 days.
For South America, Middle East, India, Africa: refund applies if delivery exceeds 60 days.
Exceptions: customs delays, incomplete addresses, unclaimed parcels, or force majeure.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Once dispatched, your order includes full tracking details.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
For security, we recommend a physical address. PO box deliveries may not be available in all regions.
What if my parcel is delayed?
We stand by our delivery promises. If your order is delayed beyond the guaranteed timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
Yes, but always in alignment with our values:
- Returns must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with tags and packaging.
- Change-of-mind returns require the customer to cover return shipping.
What if my item is incorrect or damaged?
We stand behind our craftsmanship. Damaged or incorrect items qualify for a full refund or replacement — no return shipping required.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. Apparel includes a 7-day no-questions-asked return policy. Exchange process:
- Submit a return request.
- Return item in original condition.
- Place a new order once approved.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are usually processed within 24–48 hours once approved.
Can I return accessories or final sale pieces?
Certain intimate items and final sale pieces cannot be returned for hygiene and exclusivity reasons. Each product page notes this clearly.
