Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Return Window
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. How to Start a Return
Contact us at info@shopluxewoman.com to initiate a return. If your request is approved, we’ll send a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

4. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
5. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (for example, food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care goods such as beauty items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have questions about a specific item, please reach out before purchasing.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original purchase. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.
7. Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
